All customers have to register and login for placing orders on the Website/Application. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the Website/Application. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing or by contacting the customer service.
Pricing
All the products listed on the Website/Application will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
Quality Liability
M/s Bharpeth is in the business of selling products listed on the Website/Application and does not undertake the manufacturing of these products. We ensure basic quality checks but are not liable for any medical/health/or other repercussions pertaining to the consumption of the product. The customer is solely responsible for the product she/he purchases and the effects of the consumption of these products are her/his responsibility including any expenses or costs that medical treatment or any other action may ensue.
Delivery Boys Liability
M/s Bharpeth employs Part-time Delivery Boys for distribution of products. Bharpeth is not responsible for any act of theft/vandalism/harassment cause by the Delivery Boys.
You Agree and Confirm

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Bharpeth for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
